1. About Our Services Sailing Tours is a comprehensive travel and tourism agency based in Egypt. We act as an intermediary between our clients and various third-party service providers (Airlines, Hotels, and Government Ministries) to provide:
- Domestic and International flight bookings.
- Hotel and accommodation reservations.
- Visa assistance and travel documentation.
- Religious travel packages including Hajj and Umrah.
2. Booking and Payments By making a booking through our website or via WhatsApp, you agree that:
- All names provided must match the passenger’s passport exactly.
- Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment as specified in your invoice.
- For Hajj and Umrah, specific Ministry of Hajj regulations apply and must be followed.
3. WhatsApp & Communication To provide efficient service, we use the WhatsApp Business API (integrated with Odoo) to send:
- Digital tickets and flight itineraries.
- Visa approval notifications and copies.
- Booking confirmations and hotel vouchers. You may opt-out of these automated messages at any time by replying “STOP”, though this may delay the delivery of your travel documents.
4. Visas and Travel Documents While Sailing Tours provides assistance with visa applications, the final decision to grant or deny a visa rests solely with the respective Embassy or Government Authority. We are not liable for visa rejections or delays. It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure their passport is valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
5. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellation policies vary depending on the airline, hotel, or tour package.
- Flight tickets are subject to airline-specific refund rules.
- Visa fees are generally non-refundable once the application is submitted.
- Hajj and Umrah cancellation policies are subject to the regulations of the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.
6. Limitation of Liability Sailing Tours acts as an agent and is not responsible for airline delays, hotel service issues, or unforeseen changes by third-party suppliers. We highly recommend all travelers purchase travel insurance.
7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of Egypt.
